Maple Bacon Gravy

|2 Tbsp||Apple Cider|
|4||Bacon Slices, Cooked, Minced (plus bacon drippings)|
|4 Tbsp||Maple Syrup|
|5 Tbsp||Maple Bacon Shake Seasoning|
|1 Quart||Turkey Stock|
1) In a medium sized frying pan cook bacon until crisp. Do not discard fat.
2) In a medium sauce pan melt butter. Whisk in Maple Bacon Shake Seasoning and flour. Add in the apple cider, bacon, bacon drippings, maple syrup and cook for about one minute.
3) Whisk in stock, raise the temperature slightly and thicken gravy until spoon is lightly coated.
Serve over mashed potatoes or cauliflower and enjoy!
