Heirloom Beet Salad with Roasted Garlic & Parmesan

|1-2||Cooked Sliced Beets|
|Fresh Sliced Heirloom Tomatoes|
|1/4 Cup||Olive Oil|
|1 T||Red Wine Vinegar|
|1 T||Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Seasoning|
1) Start by slicing the beets and heirloom tomatoes for the dish.
2) Next mix together the olive oil, red wine vinegar and Roasted Garlic & Parmesan seasoning.
3) Prepare the salad by layering the beets, tomatoes and mozzarella. Feel free to mix in some fresh basil too. Drizzle the Garlic & Parmesan Vinaigrette over the salad and enjoy!
