What is your role/position at PS Seasoning & Spices:
I started part time in packaging in 2010 until 2011.  I returned full time in 2012 as the Purchasing and Inventory Control.  I was then promoted to Project Manager in April of 2017 and to Business Manager in June 2017.
What are three words to best describe PS Seasoning & Spices:
Fast, Fun, Friendly
What is your favorite blend/product at PS Seasoning & Spices and why:
There are so many delicious products that it is difficult to pick just one.  My absolute favorite seasoning is Better Burger.  Don't let the name fool you, you can literally use it on everything.  Above and beyond burgers, I use it when grilling, baking or frying any type of meat.  I also use it on vegetables, eggs, pizzas, dips, buttered noodles, in casseroles and even on my maple bacon cupcakes!
Our cobbler mix is the way to go when I need a quick delicious dessert (that tastes like you have spent hours preparing)!
I have become a huge fan of our new pancake mixes.  There are so many different varieties and flavors.
We have some amazing new bbq sauce and glazes which include my personal favorite, Sweet Red Chili.
What is your favorite recipe:
I just put together a pretty fantastic dip over the 4th of July Holiday.  It consisted of PS Seasoning Fiesta Ranchero Dip, topped with taco meat (made using PS Seasoning Taco Seasoning Mix), Hot Salsa, Lettuce, Cheese and Bacon. Yum!!!!
Tell us a little bit about your life outside of the company (family, pets, hobbies, etc.):
I grew up on a dairy farm where my amazing parents taught me the importance of hard work, determination and dedication.  I have three older brothers who all married fantastic women.  I have 2 nephews and 5 nieces that are my absolute pride and joy.  I love spending time with all of them any chance that I get.  Three and a half years ago I met my boyfriend/best friend, Nate.  We spend our free time doing all kinds of activities.  I love spending time with family and friends, golfing, volleyball, camping, reading and traveling.  Two years ago, Nate helped me to conquer my fear of heights by taking me zip lining.  I now really enjoy it, and always looking for the next zip lining adventure!
What is your favorite band/music:
I really love all kinds of music.  Country is my go to music that I listen to the most, but I really enjoy a lot of different genres (Oldies, Rock, Classic Rock, Rap, Jazz, Alternative).
Name one thing on your bucket list:
I have a lot of different travel destinations on my bucket list.  My top picks include Belize, Hawaii and Ireland.
