Sweet Chili Crab Cakes

If you like a little zing, this is the last crab cake recipe you will ever look up. This absolutely tasty crab cake is easy to make and easy to please. Our Sweet Chili Sauce is the perfect touch. Try this as a meal or smaller patties as an appetizer at your next party.
|12 Ounces||Lumb Crab Meat or Canned Crab|
|1/4 Cup||Chopped Cilantro|
|4 Ounces||Bean Sprouts|
|1 Cup||American Bread Crumbs|
|1 Tbsp||Fish Sauce|
|1 Tbsp||Dijon Mustard|
|2 Tbsp||Lime Juice|
|2 Tsp||Red Pepper, Crushed|
|1/3 Cup||Sweet Red Chili Sauce|
|1/2 Cup||Vegetable Oil|
1) Mix all ingredients except the sweet red chili sauce in a medium sized bowl.
2) Form into two 1" patties or try four smaller patties.
3) In a shallow frying pan, heat oil. Place patties in oil until golden brown on each side.
4) Drizzle Sweet Chili Sauce across the top.
