Jalapeño Popper Fat Bombs

 Ingredients:

6-8  Slices of Bacon (keep bacon fat)
6 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp

Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Instructions:

 1) Cook bacon (keep bacon fat) Chop bacon up after cooled and set aside.

2) Deseed 1 Jalapeno and dice it.

3) In a mixing bowl combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon fat from fried bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.

4) Mix well.

5) Roll mixture into small balls.

6) Put diced bacon onto plate and roll jalapeño cream cheese mixture in bacon.

7) Cool and serve.
