Finally, an appetizer that lets you feel guilty but not actually be guilty! These cauliflower wings are healthier way to fight those not-so-good cravings! And to top it off, try toning the spice with this vitamin-rich dressing.
Honey Chipotle Cauliflower Ingredients:
|1 Tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|1/2 Cup||PS Seasoning Honey Chipotle Sauce|
|Avocado Lime Dressing Ingredients:|
|3/4 Cup||Plain Greek Yogurt|
|2 Tbsp||Lime Juice|
|2 Tbsp||2% Milk|
|1/8 Cup||Minced Cilantro|
|To Taste||Black Pepper|
1) Dressing: Combine all of the ingredients and blend until dressing is smooth. Set dressing aside and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
2) Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry cauliflower, followed by cutting it into small bite sized pieces.
3) In a medium sized bowl, mix together the flour, oil and water. Toss cauliflower in the bowl until completely coated. In a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the cauliflower and back for 20 minutes or until batter begins to turn golden brown.
4) Once cauliflower is done, keep it on the parchment-lined cookie sheet, coat with the Chipotle Honey Sauce and place it back into the oven and back for another 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving with the Avocado Lime Dressing is recommended.
