|4 Tbsp||Butter, Melted|
|6||Large Portobello Mushrooms, Stems Removed|
|1 Cup||Grape Tomatoes, Sliced in half|
|1 Bundle||Fresh Basil|
|18||Small Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls, Sliced in Quarters|
|1/2 Cup||Honey Balsamic Glaze|
1) Preheat the oven to high on broil. Arrange oven shelf to the middle of your oven.
2) Combine the butter and garlic in small sauce pan and melt until garlic is fragrant. Brush the bottoms of each mushroom and then place them buttered side down on a baking tray. Flip and brush any remaining garlic butter on the insides of the portobello caps.
3) Fill each mushroom with the mozzarella slices and tomatoes and broil until cheese has melted (about 8 minutes).
4) To serve, top with cut up basil leaves and drizzle with Honey Balsamic Glaze. Enjoy!
