Corned Beef Poutine

|1 lb||Frozen French Fries|
|1/2 Cup||Corned Beef Cooked|
|1 Cup||Cheese Curds|
|2 T||Grainy Mustard|
|2 T||Brown Gravy Mix|
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put French fries on a sheet pan and cook for 30 minutes until golden brown.
2) While the French fries are cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the sliced onions and sauce until they start to caramelize. Add the Guinness and continue cooking, add about 1/2 T minced garlic in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
3) Add 1 cup of water and 2 T Gravy Mix to the onion mixture. Stir well and let gravy thicken. If gravy becomes too thick add more water.
4) Take the French fries out of the oven and transfer them to a plate. Add your cheese curds on top and pour the Guinness Gravy Mixture over the top. Top with cooked corned beef.
