Deviled Eggs with Fish Roe

 Ingredients:

4 Eggs (once cut will make 8 halves)
2 T Mayo
1 T Mustard
1/2 tsp California Garlic Pepper Blend
Fish Roe (Available at most Asian Markets or Fish Counters)
Celery Leaves


Instructions:

1) Boil enough water to cover eggs - put eggs in water from the start when water begins to boil - set timer for 10 minutes and take out once completed

2) Put eggs in fridge to cool off

3) In a bowl mix mayo, mustard, California Garlic Pepper Blend and egg centers once the eggs are cool

4) Fill eggs and top with celery leaf and tiny amount of fish roe. Enjoy!
