|1/4 to 1/2 lb.||Leftover Brisket|
|1/3 Cup||Tomato, Diced|
|1/3 Cup||Red Onions, Diced|
|2 T||Cilantro, Chopped|
|Texas BBQ Sauce|
|2 Cups||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
1) Preheat oven to 375°
2) Slice brisket and toss with Texas BBQ Sauce.
3) Spread tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
4) Top with cheese, tomatoes, corn and brisket. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
5) Serve. Feel free to add your own toppings such as sour cream, salsa and more.
