This spicy smoked sausage comes complete with our maple cure and we've added a touch of Jalapeno to take it to the next level. In addition to jalapeno we recommend adding our Hi Temp Cheddar Cheese (5lbs of cheese to 25lbs of meat). Use 32-35 hog casings. Package makes 25 lb batch.
