There are brats; then theres brats to do back flips over. This one is definatly to do back flips over. I\'m keeping this one on my shelf at all times. The flavor is nice and bold. A good rich haunting beer flavor with out being over powering and taking away from the pork or other spices. Spices are very fresh and quality too. Also great for accedently dropping one on the floor from the grill occasionally so your puppy can mysteriously get a brat too. Wonder how that happens... ~Enjoy!

Just made some and fired up the grill to try them out. Great taste and aftertaste! Very juicy also. I hate to do it but have to give some to the rest of the family so they can enjoy the greatness also!
