For Smaller Batches

Use 2 Tbsp 2 1/2 tsp of seasoning and 1/8 tsp of Speed Cure for every 1 lb of meat.

I like this seasoning alot, it goes exceptionally with a beer or two. Most people that have tried to the hot sticks I make with this seasoning really like it, but I have had a few people tell me it is too hot for their taste.
