Just tried some of this and also made a batch of the spicy garlic.
I think it is far better then what I had made from the meat processor where I took my venison to be done.
I took samples of all three to work one day to get other opinions.
I just set it out for my coworkers to try without telling them who had made it. Everyone loved the sausage made with your seasoning and the sausage from the meat processor came in distant third. I have also had other people try it and always get the same response, You made this!, It\'s better then the stuff you buy in the store!

I have been using this seasoning for a few years now, and it is better then any sausage you can get from any meat processor!!! It is simple and easy to do with the instructions that come with the package.
