Great Spice!

Made this sausage with half venison, half pork butt then smoked it with some apple wood. Turned out great! Has that little bit of Jalapeno spice but its not too spicy either. Another great seasoning.

The all time best summer sausage just add 1 lb of high temp pepperjack cheese and 12 and1/2 lbs meat 1/2 pork butts and 1/2 game meat and you have a sure winner
