Our Hot beef stick is the perfect blend of seasoning with a little heat. This seasoning works very well for hot sticks using lean beef, lean venison or any lean game meat. Comes complete with our "Famous Maple Cure." Stuff into 22-24 sheep casings or 21mm collagen. Package makes 25 lb batch.
Ing.: Spices, Dextrose, Salt, Mustard Seed, Garlic, and Parsley Flakes.
Use 1 Tbsp 1/4 tsp of seasoning and 1 3/8 tsp of Maple Cure for every 1 lb of meat.

Not bad, but like the flavor of the Willies seasoning better.
A lot of my friends and coworkers really liked them. I guess it depends on what taste your looking for.
