This is yet one more favorite brat seasoning from PS Seasoning for me, my father and uncle. Although we now have many favorites here, the Sheboygan style is a great taste that is a must have. Nice rich full body flavore. Has a tiny bit of a breakfast sausage taste which is awsome. A perfect brat for summer grill outs.

This was my first brat trial, I used 100% brown ground turkey and added wild rice and apple. My family thought it was the best ever, Thanks for a great product!! Next batch will be mushroom and swiss cheese!!
