My hunting group has a very good collection of wild game cookbooks and Cousin Rick Black is tops with our collection. deer Burger Cookbook is and will be ranked as one of the very best books on the subject of ground venison. This is an excellent tool. Another set of good books from Rick are; Rick Black\'s Wild Game Chilies, Soups, and Stews, and his Cabin Cookin\'. Rick even covers many good game recipes in his classic Grillin\' Like a Villain BBQ Cookbook.
