Wow, this DVD made my life very easy great layout and easy to follow along.

Being new but serious to sausage making, and choosing PS Seasoning as my supplier, I wanted to get this DVD to get some visuals on all I have been reading up on the fine art of sausage making. This was a great investment. Everything was explained real well. From meats, grinding, using your casings, mixing your ground meats with seasonings, stuffing with differant casings. Then grilling/smoking. For getting started this DVD was very clear and throrough on making a basic brat and both breakfast sausages; stuffed and pressed in meat patties with the industrial aluminum burger/patty press they sell here for a very reasonable price. The DVD was not grainy or fuzzy in the least. The quality was very clear so you could see everything going on. The sound also was really good; not muffled or faint, as so you could hear everything that was being said. The whole teaching experiance was great and also very relaxed too. The DVD comes packaged in a real nice professional plastic case for protection and a simple menue once loaded in with Play or choose a chapter. The history of PS Seasoning in the intro was a nice touch of class too. Actually, was really neat. Not what I would of expected. But I\'ll leave that for others to find out. I don\'t want to ruin any surprises. Enjoy!
