If you like a good buttery flavor then this is the rub for you. I got it because it sounded good. But wow, I wasn\'t expecting this. Produces a super rich, heavy buttery flavor on your meats after cooking, baking, smoking, grilling. I tried each way so far; using both chicken and pork. Just using a normal amount of this rub on your meat will make it taste as if you melted 3 sticks of pure real butter and marinaded the meat in it.
